Manager, Client Engagement – Medical Communications

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. The Manager, Client Engagement is responsible for driving new business opportunities in new and existing client accounts and providing leadership to the internal delivery teams to help assure excellence and client satisfaction, The Manager is the lead client-facing contact responsible for the client relationship, including engagement kickoffs, account maintenance, and upselling opportunities.
The role

- Help drive sales efforts to achieve targets in new and existing accounts
- Retain, manage and expand revenue with clients in assigned client tier, territory or grouping
- Work collaboratively with the centralized delivery and project management organization to set and manage client expectations and help drive productivity and cost control
- Ensure timely invoicing and revenue tracking and reporting
- Manage pricing/margin of new proposals with the Project Management team.
- Maintain a positive, results-oriented and engaging work environment.
- Communicate with the delivery teams an open, balanced and objective manner.
- Travel (approximately 25%) domestic
What you need
- Prior Agency experience
- Able to produce clear, substantive and effective written communications
- Communicates effectively with others at all levels within the organization and with clients/vendors
- Ensures project activities are consistent with project requirements and contractual scope of work
- Able to determine the multiple tasks involved in a project or assignment and prioritize their completion
- Able to adapt to changes in deadlines and changes in the nature of assignments
- Able to appropriately prioritize competing project demands
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
