The Role
We are currently seeking a Manager, Project Administration to join our global diverse and dynamic team.
If you are have natural leadership abilities or have been in leadership roles in the past, this is a great opportunity for you! As a Manager, Project Administration at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing project administration activities of your direct reports, ensuring that the team has what the need with regards to training and development. You will help them become future leaders and drive their path to success.
You must want to manage others and enjoy watching those individuals that you help develop succeed!
What you will be doing
Leading and supervising Project Associates to ensure the smooth and efficient execution of clinical trials.
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project planning and execution, including timeline management and resource allocation.
Implementing and optimizing project administration processes to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Tracking project progress, identifying potential issues, and proactively implementing solutions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Providing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of project administration activities to stakeholders.
Your profile
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree or relevant certification.
Previous experience in project administration or project management within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
