As a Project Manager, Clinical Technology Innovations you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.
Reporting to the Head of Clinical Technology Innovation (CTI), this role will be responsible for project managing key activities and initiatives related to the evaluation, development, and implementation of new technologies for clinical studies and programs. Key objectives for the position are as follows:
- Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery associated with implementation, roll-out, training and support for new technology solutions.
- Work with CTI Head and other internal (GCO/GIS) and external (CRO/Vendor) stakeholders to manage project meetings, timelines, user acceptance testing (UATs) and all key materials.
- Coordinate and facilitate key activities in support of cross-departmental, task-force and strategic efforts associated with new technology discovery, implementation and post Go-Live support.
- Collaborate with Vendor Management and Outsourcing to evaluate, select and manage key technology vendors involved in clinical trial execution.
- Collaborate with GCO, GIS and vendor stakeholders to lead and support change management activities related to business uptake of new technologies and supporting procedures.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and roll-out business tools, best practices, playbooks and standardized work procedures related to leveraging newly developed technologies and associated business processes on clinical studies.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to measure and evaluate performance and impact of new technology initiatives, as applied to clinical studies and programs.
- Serve as point of escalation for clinical study and program teams, to manage oversight and issue resolution with key vendors, as needed.
- Experience in managing complex and dynamic projects/initiatives associated with the evaluation, selection, implementation, and deployment of new technologies.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trials and recent innovations and advances in data driven technology- enabled solutions and platforms.
- Experience leading multi-dimensional projects and/or activities focused on a business transition from “traditional” methods to technology-enabled ones.
- Working knowledge of key aspects of patient and site centricity in clinical trial design and execution.
- Advanced capabilities and experience in organizational change management efforts.
- Extensive interpersonal skills, an ability to lead multifunctional teams.
- Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and impact on development of clinical trials.
- Strong and experienced in communicating effectively and efficiently, both individually and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Able to prioritize various responsibilities and timelines and to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Ability to serve as a key point of escalation for all project issues.
- 4-6 years relevant experience.
- Advanced experience with project management tools, technologies, and associated methods.
- Advanced experience in managing internal/external customer success and collaboration in a team setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
