Senior Principal, Real World Evidence

Location: Boston, NY, or North Wales, PA

The Senior Principal, Real World Evidence provides leadership and strategic vision in the definition, implementation, and management of real world evidence strategy consulting and services. Responsible for developing both practice-specific and integrated business strategy and direction.  In all cases the Principal will lead or co-lead a consulting center or specific business effort, with joint and individual responsibility for its success.

To succeed you will need:

• Master’s Degree, or local equivalent, in life sciences, business or related discipline. Higher degree preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant real-world late phase research industry experience
• Prior experience managing a team and mentoring junior staff members is required.
• Demonstrable experience of business development. Also the ability to generate new or follow up on business with clients
• Demonstrable experience of relevant scientific and/or commercial capability specifically an expert in both primary and secondary RWD for RWE generation
• Due to the nature of this position it may be required for the employee to travel.  Therefore, dependent on the employee’s location, the employee may be required to possess a valid driver’s license and passport.
