臨床試験における Project Management 業務（主にグローバル試験）をお任せ
いたします。

職務内容：

• クライアントの状況、組織・チーム体制、関係性などの期待を把握し、適切な期待値調整やステークホルダーマネジメントを実施する

• プロジェクトにおける情報や成果物の進捗管理、リスクマネジメント、クラ

• イアントへのレポートを行う

• クライアントの最終的なゴールと、臨床開発計画およびプロジェクトとの整

• 合性を取りながら、適切な提案やすり合わせを行っていく

• モニタリング以外の部門（海外のチームを含む場合あり）や、外部パートナー（ベンダー）も含めて、各ファンクショナルチームをサポートし、リードする。

• プロジェクトの進捗状況と指標を継続的にレビューし、適切なフォローアッ

• プアクションを実行して、クライアントとの契約上の合意事項や合意項目（納期、品質/範囲、およびコスト）を確実に順守する

• プロジェクトのリスク・問題について、プロアクティブに特定、解決、およ

• びエスカレーションを実施する（プロジェクトチームのエスカレーションポ

• イントとして対応する）

• 経験の浅いメンバーへの適切な指導による成長への貢献 

求められるプロフィール：

• 関連業界での1年以上の勤務経験。

• あらゆるタスクにおいて正確性を徹底する、細部への強い注意力。

• 予算を管理し、すぐに治験依頼者と関係を築く実証済みの能力。

• 様々な責務を効率的に扱える効果的なマルチタスクのスキル。
