What you will be doing:

• Oversee monitoring activities through timely development and maintenance of business tools
• To support key governance forums (eg, primary FMTs, charter immersion meetings) and ensureaccurate records of oversight
• Ensure the quality and integrity of processes and data generated by Technical Service Suppliers (TSS)for client-sponsored clinical trials.
• Support the planning, management and execution of TSS related monitoring activities
• Development and continued administration of business tools (eg, TS-IMS, Operations DB, trackers and monitoring DB)
• Oversight of outputs from business tools and support key governance forums through accurate record keeping
• Facilitating execution of supplier surveys
• Drive continuous improvement and identify best practices
• Assist in “In House Monitoring” or “remote monitoring” activities as delegated by management or business need
• Responsible for creating Monitoring Plans, Debrief reports, Monitoring Visit Reports, Monitoring Metrics, Pre-visit letters to suppliers, Data tables, Essential documents (CAPAs, Protocols, VSW and SOWs)
• Tracking corrective actions in relation to monitoring issues and audit findings; escalates as appropriate

You are:

• Doctorate/ Masters/BA/BS/AA
• If Master’s degree, 3 years of directly related experience; if Bachelor’s degree, 5 years of directly related experience; if Associate’s degree, 10 years of directly related experience
• Technical knowledge of the assigned area of focus (specialty laboratory testing), including techniques and technologies
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
• QA processes (particularly Corrective and Preventive Action, Deviation Reporting, Auditing)
• CLIA certification (nice to have)
• Ability to travel with potential to travel internationally (limited)
