Supply Specialist - Ancillary Supplies (Office Based - Boston)

This is a Hybrid role. Must be located in the Boston, MA territory. This position does require weekly site time in the Boston Seaport District office (02210). 

Position Summary:

The Ancillary Supply Specialist is responsible for providing support to Ancillary Supplies Project Manager and cross-functional Study Teams for the execution of clinical trials.

• The CTA/Ancillary Supply Specialist is responsible for providing daily support to the Ancillary Supplies Project Manager in all aspects of clinical trial activities related to clinical supplies.
• He/She will perform routine duties associated with document management and submission to the Trial Master File, as well as assisting with the activities of the study team and associated vendors.
• Manage clincal ancillary suplies and print supplies/jobs.

• Hyper-organized CTA or Clinical Supply Specialist to go into Boston office weekly to coordinate printing making sure shipments are out on time, tracking shipments, packing, shipping, supply information
• Exhibits reliable ability to independently prepare and process routine documentation
• Basic computer skills to support the operation of clinical trial databases and electronic filing methods
• Logistics, Inventory or Supply experience is highly preferred for this role.
• BS/BA highly preferred or equivalent experience required.
