Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist
North Wales PA
12 Month Contract
 
ICON plc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to be responsible for using the tools available (LinkedIn, Job Sites, TA recruitment database) to provide market mapping and for sourcing top quality candidates to assist the TAS in recruiting for their roles and achieving the metrics on which they are measured.
 
This is an ideal role for a graduate with 1-2 years’ experience in
recruiting.  We are seeking a dynamic, detail orientated researcher with an interest in a fast paced business environment.  You will be smart, confident, articulate and, most of all, driven.  No experience is necessary as training will be given on the job.

Duties include but are limited to the following:
identifying candidates via database search, networking, cold calls and compiling recruiting lists for open positions
processing applications
researching open positions within your specific area
processing candidates for background and reference checks
managing the development of recruitment related documents and progress
reports
monitor and report on the source of candidates
make recommendations on where to invest the recruitment budget to generate quality candidates.

be confident in working independently as well as have the confidence to ask questions
strong analytical skills and organizational skills
strong sense of urgency
able to think ‘outside the box’
 
Minimum Requirements:
proficient Word and Excel
Solid Internet experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
area
1 - 2 years of experience in recruiting preferred
