The role:

The Logistics Specialist will be responsible to coordinate import and export processes and the logistics for study supplies deliveries to/from country, in accordance with ICH GCP, ICON SOPs and applicable local regulations and guidelines. 

Responsibilities:

·Receives orders and performs booking of products in Warehouse Management System;

· Physically handles incoming/outgoing shipments and returns;

·Tracks shipments until delivery;

·Communicates information in a timely manner to relevant teams/clients;

·Maintains logistics and study related records;

·Provides reports to management;

·Participates in inventory counts;

Main requirements for candidates:

• Higher education;
• English– upper intermediate;
• Good command of MS Excel;
• Experience in logistics or customer service – desirable;
• 1C Warehouse Management System knowledge - would be a plus
