What You Will Be Doing:
- Managing a portfolio of active clients, including client communications, outreach, and coordination of RFI/RFP responses with all stakeholders as needed.
- Efficiently qualifying client requests to streamline the process.
- Collaborating with operational teams and suppliers to create compelling and competitive proposals.
- Explaining and promoting the company's products and services to maintain and expand the current and prospective client base.
- Participating in meetings with internal and external clients on operational topics, whether through conference calls or face-to-face meetings.
- Ensuring the delivery of finished products at the expected level of quality within set timelines.
- Providing administrative follow-up for projects from launch to finalization.
Your Profile:
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with clients and resolve customer issues or complaints.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client services and account management.
- Experience in the domain of clinical outcomes assessments is a plus.
- A process-driven approach with strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
- Dedicated team player, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

En tant que gestionnaire de compte PCS chez ICON, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des relations avec les clients, la coordination de l’élaboration de propositions convaincantes, et en vous assurant de livrer des services de grande qualité qui contribuent au progrès des traitements et thérapies innovantes grâce aux essais cliniques.
Ce que vous ferez :
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients actifs, y compris les communications avec les clients, la sensibilisation et la coordination des réponses aux demandes d’information (RFI) et aux appels d’offres (RFP) avec toutes les parties prenantes, si besoin.
- Déterminer efficacement les demandes des clients pour rationaliser le processus.
- Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles et les fournisseurs pour créer des appels d’offres convaincants et compétitifs.
- Expliquer et promouvoir les produits et services de l’entreprise pour maintenir et développer la base actuelle de clients et de prospects.
- Participer aux réunions avec les clients internes et externes sur les sujets opérationnels, que ce soit au cours de téléconférences ou de réunions en personne.
- S’assurer de la livraison de produits finis ayant le niveau attendu de qualité dans les délais prévus.
- Fournir un suivi administratif des projets, de leur lancement à leur finalisation.
Votre profil :
- Excellentes compétences en matière de services à la clientèle, y compris la capacité à communiquer clairement avec les clients et à résoudre leurs problèmes ou réclamations.
- Un minimum de 3 ans d’expérience dans un service client et en gestion de comptes.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de l’évaluation des résultats cliniques est un plus.
- Une approche axée sur les processus, un grand souci du détail et des compétences organisationnelles supérieures.
- Un solide esprit d’équipe, capable de travailler de façon indépendante et en collaboration.
- Une capacité à gérer de multiples tâches simultanément et de façon indépendante.
