What you will be doing: 

  • Gather all the required documents for on-going studies that would be migrated over to new payment system. Documents required are all final versions of site budgets and associated updated amendments and fully executed site Clinical Trial Agreements (CTA).
  • Perform site payment reconciliations which include the following activities.
    • All invoices pertaining to patient visit payments.  This is to ensure we have an accurate site payment history loaded into the ClinRun platform
    • All site out of pocket reimbursable invoices that have been paid
    • Would need access/training on SAP to access site level POs
  • Resources need to obtain accessing to Trial Capabilities sharepoint sites; Vault Clinical eTMF and SAP and get trained on how to get information out of various trials PO, site budget templates, eDC, legacy grants and SAP reports. 

You are: 

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical trial operation and clinical data management experiences
  • Bachelor or Associate degree in computer science or life science related fields
  • Attention to details and proficient skills working in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint site and Word and PDF.
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to work both independently and in a team setting and collaborate cross different teams.
