Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst you will be joining the world’s largest & most comprehensive clinical research organisation, powered by healthcare intelligence.

• Will primarily be assisting Associate Director and GM on program Excel tables and metrics.
• Mandatory to have strong Excel skills (able to write Excel formulas, accounting formulas, xlookup, pivots etc); experience with PowerBI and setting up reports and dashboards. updating financial cost tables in Excel, experience with metrics reporting, experience with creating PowerPoint slides regarding deliverables.
• Beneficial if have some accounting degree/experience especially in clinical research.

Working on a day-to-day basis with Operations, BU's management team and with Finance Departments, Business Development and IT, the Business Analyst is responsible for :

• Coordinate budget follow-up
• KPIs and dashboards according to monthly cycle's reporting
• Coordinate forecasting exercise and planning resources
• Analyze activity performance on providing reports, timelines, and analysis such as month-by-month hourly resource time utilization and unit costing, analysis on clients, authors and questionnaires
• Developing and providing accurate reporting tools for organization in relation with Finance and IT
• Interfacing with project teams to ensure consistent reporting of project performance, scope and accurate project forecasting
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and develop business case
• Put in place all actions needed regarding continuous improvement and processes

• A demonstrable experience in producing high quality and detailed written documents. This could be within a professional or academic environment
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload (against continuous deadlines and new assignments)
• Excellent inter-personal skills, developing relationships throughout ICON functions, obtaining relevant information for use in the production of RFI responses and documentation
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various ICON teams
